Phase 2 — On-Site Audit ($2,000)

We physically visit your space and produce a written Risk Analysis Report covering HVAC capacity, grease interceptor requirements, permit complexity, and a realistic project budget.

Step 03

Phase 3 — Full Pre-Construction ($20k–$40k)

We coordinate your architect and engineers, finalize permit-ready drawings, build your CPM schedule, and lock in your construction package — with full change order protection.
