Uncle Tetsu is one of Canada's most beloved Japanese cheesecake brands. Olive Tree Builds was engaged as the brand's build partner to deliver their Atrium on Bay location in the heart of downtown Toronto.
The Challenge
The Atrium on Bay is a busy downtown retail complex with strict construction management requirements. Deliveries were restricted to off-hours and noise-generating work was limited to specific time windows.
