Lumenus Community Services is one of Ontario's leading non-profit organizations, providing mental health, developmental, and community services to children, youth, and families across Toronto and beyond. Olive Tree Builds was engaged to deliver the renovation of Lumenus' new head office at 1124 Finch Ave W in North York, as well as renovation work across multiple school and community facilities throughout Ontario.
The Challenge
Renovating active community service facilities requires careful coordination to minimize disruption to vulnerable clients and essential services. The head office renovation needed to create a professional, welcoming environment that reflected Lumenus' mission while meeting the operational requirements of a growing organization. School facility renovations required strict adherence to safety standards and scheduling around active program delivery.
