Building on the success of the first Isabella's Mochi Donut location, Olive Tree Builds was engaged to deliver a second Toronto location for the fast-growing mochi donut brand. The project featured a refined service counter design, integrated digital menu displays, and a fully equipped commercial kitchen optimized for high-volume production.
The Challenge
Replicating and improving on the first location's design while incorporating operational learnings required close collaboration with the Isabella's team. The digital menu display integration added coordination complexity with AV vendors.
