Iris Galerie's Distillery District store needed a full refresh — the space had been built out by a previous contractor and required a complete revamp. Olive Tree Builds removed and replaced the flooring, redid the walls, updated the signage, and installed new furniture to bring the space in line with the brand's current standards.

The project had a tight three-day window to avoid disrupting Iris Galerie's operations. Coordinating trades, materials, and finishing work within the Distillery District's heritage environment — while keeping the team moving fast enough to beat the deadline — required precise scheduling and hands-on project management.
