Olive Tree Builds is a commercial construction company specializing in franchise buildouts across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. Our founder, Nathan Oliveira, has been on both sides of the equation. He's opened franchise units himself. He knows what it feels like when a contractor misses a deadline, when a budget blows up, when the franchisor is calling and the space isn't ready. That experience is baked into everything we do.
Today, Olive Tree Builds has delivered over 40 commercial projects across Canada and the United States — from healthcare facilities in downtown Toronto to luxury retail in New York City.
